FAQ's/Policies

Deposit Policy:

  • A deposit of the first night room & tax for your stay will be charged at the time of booking the reservation.
  • The balance will be due on the day of arrival.
  • On arrival the hotel will place a $250.00 credit hold on the credit card for incidentals and/or damages or smoking fees.
  • The hotel accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), cash, and checks. (Checks must be received no less than 14 days prior to arrival)


Cancellation Policy:

  • 15 days prior to the date of arrival you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $25.00.
  • 14-7 days prior to the date of arrival you will forfeit the deposit of the reservation.
  • Less than 6 days prior to the date of arrival you will forfeit the cost of the entire stay.


Reservation Policies & Modifications:

  • Guests must be at least 25 years of age to reserve a room and check in. The registered guest must be present at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation. Identification is required. Misrepresentation voids reservation and forfeits deposit.
  • We are a family-friendly hotel.
  • Unregistered visitors are not permitted in rooms or to use the facilities. We appreciate your cooperation.
  • Once checked in, there are no modifications or cancellations. You are responsible for your entire stay as outlined on the registration form.
  • Rates, promotions and discounts are subject to change. Enjoy the best rates, exclusive availability, and flexible booking options by reserving directly through our website. Reservations made via third-party sites (Expedia.com, Booking.com, etc.) may limit our ability to accommodate special requests and adjustments, and may result in higher room rates.


Elevator:

There is elevator service onsite.


Inclement Weather Policy:

While certainly a factor beyond our control, inclement weather does not constitute a valid reason for reservation cancellation. Our cancellation policy remains in effect even when reservations are affected by weather-related circumstances.


Smoking Policy:

  • The entire property including lobby, rooms, parking lots, sun decks, walkways and all public areas are 100% smoke free! This includes vaping and electronic cigarettes, etc.
  • If evidence of smoking is found there will be a smoking fee of $250.00.
  • On arrival the hotel will place a $250.00 credit hold on the credit card for incidentals and/or damages or smoking fees.


Check in time is at 4 PM / Check out time is at 11 AM

  • We cannot guarantee your room will be available before that time. 
  • Please refrain from early arrivals unless arrangements are made prior to arrival.
  • We ask that you adhere the check-out policy so that we can clean and prepare for arriving guests.


Housekeeping:

  • Your room will be sanitized and prepared for your arrival.
  • We will be providing modified housekeeping services during your stay. Towel replacement and trash removal will occur daily or on request.


Service Animals & Pets:

  • Service Animals are always welcome.
  • Unfortunately, we do not permit pets or emotional support animals.


Parking:

  • SOHO Suites Atlantic City offers limited on site garage parking for guests.
  • Parking is available on a first come, first served basis due to the small size of our garage. Spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
  • Rates are $15 per night and $25 per night during the summer season.
  • Please note that parking does not include in and out privileges. Once a vehicle exits the garage, the space may be taken by another guest. We strongly recommend leaving your vehicle parked to secure your spot.
  • During periods of very low occupancy, we may allow temporary in and out access. If available, our team will inform guests at check in.
  • If the garage is full upon arrival, nearby public parking garages are available within walking distance.
  • For questions or planning assistance, please contact the Front Desk prior to arrival


Pool, Sundeck, Beach:

  • Pool towels are available within the pool area, and we ask that towels remain at pool area. Pool towels are not permitted to be used at the beach. Please do not hang towels or swimsuits on balcony railings.
  • No glassware or bottles in the pool area. The pool area will be monitored for compliance.
  • We are unable to provide beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We recommend that you keep your beach supplies in your vehicle.
  • Outdoor pool is closed for the 2025 summer season.


ADA Accessibility:

The Soho Suites has incorporated accessibility features throughout the property. While the hotel is not fully ADA accessible, we strive to accommodate all guests and provide a comfortable stay.


General Accessibility Features:

  • The hotel lobby is accessible; however, please note that the entrance doors are not automatic. Guests requiring assistance may call the front desk upon arrival.
  • An elevator is available in the lobby, with an entry width of 31.5 inches and a rear door width of 32 inches. Stairs are also present throughout the property.
  • Guestrooms are located on levels 1–3, and the outdoor pool is on level 1. Some accommodations may require the use of stairs.


Accessible Guestrooms & Features:

We offer several guestrooms that are equipped with ADA features which include:

  • Roll-in showers with hand-held shower fixtures
  • Sinks without lower vanities for wheelchair accessibility
  • Safety grab bars
  • Shower seat

Suite Accessibility Considerations:

The hotel has four suites with private sidewalk-facing entrances. These suites require four steps  to reach the doorway landing and do not have an accessible ramp. They are ideal for guests who prefer direct entry without entering the lobby, but may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. Please review the room descriptions carefully before booking.
